The DJ skill has been around for around 2 decades now and it's reached a point where being able to beatmatch two vinyl decks or cdjs is no longer an indication of your skill. Granted, there are people who use computer beatmatch function as a crutch and who don't actually have any skill, but there's a reason performers like BT, deadmau5 (god i hate the guy but he does put on wicked shows), tiesto and many other HUGE names all use a computer. A computer is an extremely powerful tool and it can do a lot of things that cdjs and vinyl can't.
So don't completely write computer DJing off. If you set it up with a soundcard correctly, it's exactly like your vinyl/cdj/mixer set up only smaller, with more song capacity than a record crate or cd wallet, and it provides for ease of use.
